Restorative

Experience the ultimate relaxation in this serene class. Restorative Yoga focuses on holding supportive, gentle poses for extended periods using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to encourage complete release and relaxation. This class promotes healing, reduces stress, and enhances your overall sense of well-being, making it perfect for beginners, experienced yogis, and anyone seeking a break from their busy lives. Beginner

Yin Deep Stretch 

Embrace stillness in this practice designed to stretch the connective tissues, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation. Yin Yoga involves long-held, floor poses that target the deeper layers of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, while encouraging mindfulness and inner calm. Whether you’re a runner, weightlifter, engage in any sport, (or simply just stiff), this class offers a supportive environment to untangle your frame – restoring balance to your body. Let's Get Moving

Hatha

A well-rounded practice that focuses on the fundamentals of yoga through a blend of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork). Explore seated stretching poses for flexibility, standing balancing postures for strength and stability, and soothing relaxation techniques to ease the mind. Emphasis will be placed on alignment and mindful breathing, helping you enhance overall well-being. Beginner/Intermediate

Vin Yin 

A combination of effort and ease. The first part of class focuses on Vinyasa flow, a dynamic sequence involving sun salutations and active poses to build heat, strength, and energy in the body. The second part of class seamlessly transitions into Yin yoga, where you’ll explore deep stretches and longer-held poses to release tension and stress. Intermediate 

Pilates Fusion                              Discover the perfect blend of mat Pilates and yoga in this low-impact, core-focused fusion class. Through a series of controlled movements and deep breathing, you’ll tone and strengthen muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This class incorporates props like stability balls to add an extra challenge – leave feeling balanced, strong, and energized. Beginner/Intermediate

 

Strength and Power

Vinyasa

Connect movement with breath for a dynamic and fast-paced practice. Class will incorporate elements of strength and intensity while you flow through a series of sun salutations, standing poses, balances, backbends, and inversions. Leave class feeling empowered, refreshed, and centered. Intermediate/Advanced

Yoga Sculpt  

Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy class that combines the flow of Vinyasa yoga, strength training, and cardio. Using free weights and dynamic movements, this class increases endurance, and tones your entire body. Perfect for those seeking a yoga-inspired workout with an extra challenge. Intermediate/Advanced

Pilates x Strength                                  A  core-focused class that combines the fusion of mat Pilates with free weights for added resistance and intensity. This class emphasizes slower controlled movements and deep core engagement, with a focus on building long, lean muscles to improve posture. Intermediate/Advanced

Partner Stretch & Thai Massage Workshop

In this immersive session, you will:
