Relax and Unwind

Restorative

Discover the power of stillness in Restorative Yoga, where relaxation and healing take center stage. This gentle practice focuses on calming the nervous system: using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll be guided into floor poses that invite a sense of ease and comfort. Perfect for anyone seeking to unwind, recover from stress, or simply find a peaceful moment in their day. Beginner

Deep Stretch Yin

This class focuses on deep stretching, targeting the connective tissues in your hips, back, and shoulders to improve flexibility and mobility. Whether you’re a runner, weightlifter, engage in any sport, (or simply just stiff), this class offers a supportive environment to untangle your frame – restoring balance to your body. Beginner/Intermediate

Let's Get Moving

Hatha

A well-rounded practice that focuses on the fundamentals of yoga through a blend of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork). Explore seated stretching poses for flexibility, standing balancing postures for strength and stability, and soothing relaxation techniques to ease the mind. Emphasis will be placed on alignment and mindful breathing, helping you enhance overall well-being. Beginner/Intermediate

Vin Yin 

A combination of effort and ease. The first part of class focuses on Vinyasa flow, a dynamic sequence involving sun salutations and active poses to build heat, strength, and energy in the body. The second part of class seamlessly transitions into Yin yoga, where you’ll explore deep stretches and longer-held poses to release tension and stress. Intermediate 

Strength and Power

Vinyasa

Connect movement with breath for a dynamic and fast-paced practice. Class will incorporate elements of strength and intensity while you flow through a series of sun salutations, standing poses, balances, backbends, and inversions. Leave class feeling empowered, refreshed, and centered. Intermediate/Advanced

Pilates Fusion

This energizing fusion class combines the core-strengthening and alignment-focused elements of Pilates with the flowing movements and breath-centered principles of yoga. You’ll experience a variety of exercises that engage your core, improve your posture, and promote overall body awareness. Using low-impact movement and small props, such as a stability ball to add challenge or support in exercises. Intermediate
