As wellness practitioners, we understand the profound impact a yoga studio can have on individuals and communities. By offering a diverse range of yoga classes, workshops, and holistic practices, we aim to empower our students to feel their best.

Restorative
A therapeutic (and meditative) style of yoga designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. Each pose is supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to fully surrender into a state of ease and comfort – soothing the nervous system and reducing stress. Beginner
Yin
A slower-paced style of yoga that focuses on relieving tension, and improving flexibility (mobility) in the stiffest areas of the body – neck, shoulders, spine, and hips. Floor poses are held for extended periods, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes, allowing you to surrender into each posture and explore sensations with mindfulness. Beginner/Intermediate
Hatha
A foundational yoga practice that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to bring a sense of balance and unity to the body and mind. Experience a series of gentle yet powerful poses designed to increase flexibility, build strength, and improve balance. Beginner/Intermediate
Yang Yin
A combination of effort and ease. This class begins with Yang-style yoga involving active movements and poses to build heat and energy in the body. At the halfway point class transitions to Yin yoga, where you will experience a series of long-held passive poses designed to release tension and open the body. Beginner/Intermediate
Connects movement with breath for a dynamic and fluid practice, “to flow”. Expect to build heat in the body while you transition through a series of sun salutations, standing poses, balances, backbends, and inversions. Leave class feeling empowered, refreshed, and centered. Intermediate/Advanced
Pilates Fusion
A blend of mat Pilates and Yoga. This class is a full-body workout experience designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body tone. Use low-impact body resistance and small props, such as a stability ball to add challenge or support in exercises. Beginner/Intermediate

Our 6-week Yoga Foundations series is designed to provide you with a solid understanding of foundational yoga poses, personalized modifications, and the effective use of props. Leave feeling confident and knowledgeable to join any yoga class.

As part of our commitment to fostering holistic wellness, we are excited to introduce a series of wellness workshops that provide valuable insights, expert guidance, and actionable steps toward a healthier, happier you. Led by our onsite holistic nutritionist, these workshops will cover a range of topics from navigating the grocery store and deciphering food labels to improving sleep quality, enhancing hydration and reducing stress – all while learning how to create nutritious and delicious meals without breaking the bank.
