A therapeutic (and meditative) style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. Props are used to support the body in restful postures, calming the nervous system and reducing stress. All Levels.
A slower-paced style of yoga that focuses on improving flexibility and joint mobility in the stiffest parts of the body – hips, back, neck, and shoulders. Class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that target our deep connective tissues to release built up tension. All Levels.
A classic style of yoga that focuses on asanas (physical poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and Savasana (deep relaxation). This class will challenge your strength, balance, and mind-body connection for a well-rounded practice. All Levels.
A combination of effort and ease. This practice begins with Yang style yoga, involving active movement and poses to build heat and energy in the body. At the halfway point, class transitions to Yin yoga, where long-held, gentle postures allow for a deep and relaxing stretch. All Levels.
A dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the coordination of linking breath with movement “to flow”. This faster-paced practice is designed to get your heart rate up, build strength, and invigorate your mind. Levels 1-2.
A blend of mat Pilates and yoga. This class is a full-body workout experience designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body tone. Use low-impact body resistance and small props, such as stability balls to add challenge or support in exercises. All Levels.
